Cancellation Policy:

Entry into Practice: From RN to NP cancellations must be made in writing or via phone call no later than Friday, May 14, 2021. Send requests to Bella Stewart at bella@texasnp.org or via phone call (512) 291-6224.  All cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after May 14, 2021. Cancellation refunds will be issued within 1-3 weeks.
