TNP, Coalition Campaign
Posted over 4 years ago

Texas Nurse Practitioners is working hard to make sure your voices are heard in Austin, taking strategic steps toward the elimination of delegation agreements and the passage of policies that will make it easier for NPs across the state to provide the high-quality care your patients depend on.
Among our efforts:
TNP has taken a leadership role with Texans for Healthcare Access, a diverse coalition now more than 30 organizations strong, representing consumers, businesses, and health care stakeholders. The coalition has come together to remove outdated, unnecessary, and anti-competitive regulations on APRNs. Click here to read our press release announcing our kickoff.
The coalition has launched an extensive digital campaign, centered upon the hashtag #MoreAccessMoreOptions, emphasizing what Texas patients can expect when we cut red tape and free health care providers like NPs to serve Texas patients where they are needed most. The website is here. You can follow the coalition on Twitter, Facebook; Instagram, and LinkedIn.
We have also launched a campaign of digital ads with eye-catching graphics strategically placed where Texas legislators, their staff, media, and influential stakeholders will see them. This promises to be an eventful, exciting session, and we will keep TNP members up to speed as the session progresses! If you are not a TNP member, join here!
