HHSC Announces DME Rule Changes

Thanks to a rulemaking petition initiated by TNP, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission has adopted rules to allow nurse practitioners to order durable medical equipment and supplies for Medicaid/CHIP patients (Title XIX form).  See final rules here.
