You are the heart of healthcare in Texas, and your role has never been more important for the patients and communities you serve.

"For decades, patients have trusted nurse practitioners to provide safe and effective care," said TNP President Erin Perez. "As of 2023, we are over 40,000 Nurse Practitioners strong in Texas. We are an essential front-line workforce bridging the gaps of care in the face of shortages and regulatory burdens. As policymakers grapple with skyrocketing costs and ways to increase access to care, our NPs stand ready to help; by removing unnecessarily restrictive regulations, lawmakers can help us help more Texans."
